Memorable Monday: Inspector James Guida
This #MemorableMonday, we would like to honor Inspector James Guida from the New York City Police Department.
Inspector James Guida died as a result of illnesses he contracted after inhaling toxic materials as he participated in the rescue and recovery efforts at the World Trade Center site following the terrorist attacks on September 11th, 2001. Inspector Guida served with the New York City Police Department for 33 years and was assigned to the Narcotics Division. He was survived by his wife, son, and daughter.
